Return Window
- You can return new, unused Fromm Packaging Tools within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost (if any).
- Returns made within 31 to 60 days of delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns made after 60 days are not accepted.
Return Method
- Contact our Customer Service team at 905-428-3444 or sales@frommpackaging.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Product Condition
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Include all accessories and manuals.
- Items showing signs of wear and tear, misuse, or modification are not eligible for return.
- Special order or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to returns made within 31 to 60 days of delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
